Applying unique concepts such as ActNatural® and Total Reality®, we design and deliver large scale, results-driven programmes to high profile national and multi-national clients across the country including Mercedes-Benz, Aviva Health, Virgin Atlantic, British Gas and Virgin Media.
You are a training and communication professional with particular expertise in Customer Experience, Leadership, Coaching and Sales who's ready to take on a new role at the sharp end of our work: leading training events with our Actor Consultants. This is about using all of your experience to achieve results with challenging groups who do challenging jobs. It's about changing the way managers and staff think and act.
A proven track record of success in a blue-chip environment is a must, along with a real talent for managing (and not just facilitating) training events. On top of that, you'll need the flexibility to travel throughout the UK and possibly Europe too.
