Leading people the way they need to be led

Power Train's Leadership programmes and events are designed for individuals with people management or team leader responsibilities. They focus on the core competencies of planning, communicating, motivating, influencing and evaluating. But crucially they also introduce participants to a new concept: that different personality types need to be led in different ways.

Using our unique Leadership Mindset we show your leaders how to identify the internal and external factors that affect team and individual performance; how to demonstrate the behaviours that establish them as role models in the workplace; and how to adapt their leadership styles to the different personalities within their teams.

Our experienced Training and meticulously rehearsed Actor Consultants will authentically recreate leadership situations, issues and challenges from your own organisation, enabling your managers to observe and investigate how different personalities interpret and react to the way they are led.

Every Power Train Leadership event features intensive, practical workouts with our Actor Consultants. Participants learn to apply the Leadership Mindset, using the core competencies whilst adapting their styles to meet the needs of different personality types within their teams.
