Ian heads up the executive management team. Whilst primarily responsible for the overall performance and strategic development of the business, he takes a close interest in Power Train's creative output and evolution.

Out of hours: Ian is a keen tennis player and, strangely, can often be found reading the latest copy of 'Rail Magazine'!

Jill has overall control of all client-facing activities: from initial contact, through sales negotiation, to assignment delivery. Her remit is to ensure that we deliver results and customer satisfaction every step of the way. Jill is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Out of hours: Jill is an accomplished golfer and an expert in the field of applied retail therapy!

Mike has wide-ranging responsibilities for all things financial, legal and commercial within Power Train. A qualified Chartered Accountant with wide industry experience and enormous patience, Mike is an IT buff who is never happier than when quietly communing with the office server!

Out of hours: Mike is a dedicated vegetarian who loves cooking, gardening and a variety of 'back to nature' activities.

With excellent people skills and wide-ranging experience across a number of sectors, Julie brings energy and enthusiasm to our business development and marketing activities. For many of our clients, Julie is the front line of the Power Train team and her previous knowledge of working with contact centres and customer relationship management (CRM) systems has proved invaluable.

Out of hours: Julie is an uber-expert in the field of applied retail therapy, dabbles a little in interior design, and is an avid reader of fashion magazines.

Michelle liaises closely with our clients to manage all aspects of assignment delivery. She also has overall responsibility for logistics and scheduling activities. A qualified teacher from north of the border, she has unrivalled attention to detail, for which we are all very grateful!

Out of hours: A keen Korfball player (apparently it's Dutch!), Michelle can often be seen out, attempting to recruit new club members in unlikely locations! She is the official office songstress and an avid follower of Scottish international rugby or, at least, the players.

The senior management team are backed by a head office team and over 70 Training and Actor Consultants.
