Every day, as managers, colleagues or customers, we make subjective judgements about others. These judgements influence our attitudes to people and whether or not we feel disposed to cooperate or even deal with them.

It's easy to brand the jokey team member as 'flippant' or 'uncommitted'. Or a pedantic customer as 'time-wasting' when they ring you yet again with a query. Or a plain speaking manager as 'scary' or 'bullying'.

In fact, in many cases, their behaviour and your perception of it is driven by your respective personalities and the way they interact. It's this realisation that forms the basis of ActNatural.

Ingrained in the DNA of every Power Train programme or event, ActNatural enables participants to see themselves and others in a new light; and to use that knowledge to adapt their styles, responses and behaviour to others' needs.

We help participants discover their own Personality Driver and value their own strengths, whilst recognising and responding to the widely differing needs of other personality types.

Key to our events is the opportunity for people to practise ActNatural, in situations accurately recreated from their own organisations and workplaces. Rather than treating others “as I want to be treated”, they learn to treat others as they need to be treated.

Many participants tell us that they will never view customers, colleagues or even family in the same way again. ActNatural provides a powerful and instinctive means of managing and maximising relationships with others.
