So instead, let’s talk about you: a sharply focused training and communication professional combining imagination with an unrelenting eye for detail. Results-focused and highly organised, you have exceptional leadership capability with proven design and delivery experience. With particular expertise in Customer Experience, Leadership, Coaching and Sales you’re ready to take on a new role harnessing and developing your capabilities in complex, state of the art training and communication programmes and events. This is about using all of your experience in training design and delivery to achieve results on a wide range of assignments with challenging groups who do challenging jobs. It's about transforming the way managers and staff think and act - shifting mindsets and changing behaviours. What it’s not about is facilitation that relies on PowerPoint, management jargon, theoretical models and conceptual frameworks.
Yes, it’s a big challenge. One that will see you driving quality whilst working closely with our unique and highly professional team of Actor Consultants as well as suppliers including production companies and AV specialists. But none of that will faze you. In fact, you’ll relish this unique opportunity to make an immediate and sustained impact on every participant and every client’s business.
You will be based in our Bristol office and must be flexible enough to travel throughout the UK and possibly Europe too.
