So instead, let’s talk about you: a sharply focused training and communication professional combining imagination with an unrelenting eye for detail. Results-focused and highly organised, you have exceptional and proven delivery experience. With particular expertise in Customer Experience, Leadership, Coaching and Sales, you’re ready to take on a new role harnessing and developing your capabilities in complex, state of the art training and communication programmes and events. This is about using all of your experience to achieve results on a wide range of assignments with challenging groups who do challenging jobs. It's about changing the way managers and staff think and act - shifting mindsets and changing behaviours. What it’s not about is facilitation that relies on PowerPoint, management jargon, theoretical models and conceptual frameworks.
And, with the expansion of our business into European locations, we are particularly seeking to recruit English-speakers with fluency in at least one other European language. So you must be flexible enough to travel throughout the UK and possibly Europe too.
