Client Manager
Full time, permanent, Bristol City Centre
Renumeration package: £44,750 + car allowance + pension + BUPA
What makes Power Train one of the UK's most innovative and successful behavioural change organisations? It’s down to our unique and radical approach. An approach that sees us create business critical programmes and events that connect with people emotionally, commercially and intellectually. An approach that succeeds in shifting mindsets and transforming behaviours.
We could talk about pioneering solutions using our unique Total Reality® and ActNatural® concepts. We could talk about our client base that includes names like Audi, Marks & Spencer, Kraft Foods, British Gas and Virgin Media. But you can find out more by looking through our website.
So let’s talk about you.
As Client Manager, your job will be to take ownership of demanding and challenging assignments that may encompass strategic consultancy, employee engagement programmes, behavioural training events and the creation of sustainability packages. Complexity is the common denominator. Taking charge of our delivery teams, you’ll make sure that every programme excites, surprises and inspires people - while of course, meeting the demanding business targets set for it.
Currently, you're almost certainly working in a management role within the consultancy or training arenas. Proactive, results-focused, well organised, ready for a bigger challenge, now you want to achieve even more. So put your highly developed team leadership and consultancy skills to work with Power Train.
The role is based at our Bristol office but you must be flexible enough to travel frequently throughout the UK, and Europe when required.
If you don’t know Bristol, we'll tell you a little about life here: it’s 'Britain’s hippest city' according to the Sunday Times! Vibrant and lively, there's always something happening. And with great transport links and some of England's finest coast and countryside within easy reach, it's the perfect place to balance quality of work with quality of life.
The next step? If you're up for it, send your CV to michelle.goodfellow@powertrain.co.uk and tell us why in your covering letter.
No agencies please.
