So let’s talk about you.
As Client Director, your job will be to take ownership of demanding national and multi-national clients. That means working strategically at the highest level to develop and promote relationships and create opportunities for the expansion of Power Train influence and partnerships within large, multi-faceted organisations. You will also be responsible for conducting complex negotiations with potential clients in order to sell-in Power Train programmes and services.
Currently, you're almost certainly working in a senior management role within the consultancy or training arenas. Blending highly developed business acumen with a sophisticated approach to problem-solving and a pragmatic, down-to-earth communication style, you will relish the opportunity to fully harness your strengths and take your career to the next level with Power Train.
The role is based at our Bristol office but you must be flexible enough to travel frequently throughout the UK, and also within Europe and further afield when required.
