ActNatural Customer Experience
Pre-designed for up to 18 frontline staff in face-to-face and Contact Centre situations, the one or two-day events empower staff to:
- Utilise their individual personalities and strengths to enhance their customer service performance through consistent demonstration of your brand values.
- Identify and deliver the key elements of a fully specified ActNatural Customer Experience.
- Display the levels of self-confidence and awareness necessary to deliver that Experience at all times; in all circumstances.
ActNatural Leadership
Pre-designed events for up to 12 participants feature the unique ActNatural Leadership Mindset and a series of intensive Total Reality workouts. They ensure that your first line and middle managers are equipped to lead staff to deliver your brand values through the highest levels of customer service performance. By the end of the event, your managers will be able to:
- Clarify their roles and responsibilities in leading delivery of your ActNatural Customer Experience.
- Establish the relationship between leadership behaviour and staff performance.
- Harness their individual personalities, aptitudes and strengths to maximise their leadership capability.
- Demonstrate the ActNatural Leadership Mindset competencies, awareness, attitudes and natural application in a range of realistic and challenging situations.
ActNatural Coaching
Sustaining a brand-driven customer experience requires the ongoing support and development of frontline staff. These pre-designed one-day events for up to 12 participants enable managers and coaches to utilise their own ActNatural Coaching Kit to deliver individually targeted coaching in totally realistic situations.
By the end of the events, the participants will be able to:
- Identify the brand-damaging, customer experience consequences of non-existent or ineffectual coaching.
- Define their role and responsibilities as coaches.
- Harness their natural coaching strengths.
- Demonstrate ActNatural Coaching SkillsTracker capabilities in a range of realistic and challenging situations.
ActNatural Coaching Workout
These half-day events enable small groups of up to 6 managers to develop and ‘'road test' specific solutions for their most demanding, individual leadership and coaching challenges.
Directors Cut
The commitment of senior management and stakeholders is fundamental to the success of any brand-driven customer experience transformation programme. The Directors Cut is a fully interactive sampling event that will get buy-in from senior managers and stakeholders and promote the planning of programme support activities. Designed for up to 15 participants, the content and format will depend on the components of the ActNatural programme to be delivered.
